This Disclaimer governs your use of the mobile application "Sliders Puzzle" (also referred to as "the App"), developed and published by Erdi Acar ("we", "us", or "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. General Disclaimer

Sliders Puzzle is provided for entertainment purposes only. The App offers sliding block puzzle gameplay in three modes — Numbers, Letters, and Photos — and includes features such as infinite progressive levels, hints, and tutorials. All content, features, and functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for user enjoyment and casual challenge.

2. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or its content, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;

• Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information, game mechanics, scores, hint suggestions, or tutorial content;

• Availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation of the App;

• Security of data transmitted to or from the App.

Any reliance you place on the App, its content, hints, or features is strictly at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Developer, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or partners be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;

• Damages resulting from loss of use, data, or other intangible losses;

• Claims arising out of or related to third-party services or advertisements.

• Advertising: google_mobile_ads, admob

• Cloud/Backend: supabase

• Other: image_picker, crashlytics

These third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or privacy practices of any third party. Use of third-party services may result in data collection and processing by those providers. By using the App, you consent to such third-party data processing as described by those providers.

The App may contain links to external websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by the Developer. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services accessible via those links. Accessing external sites is at your own risk.

6. Payments, Purchases, and In-App Transactions

Purchases, subscriptions, and other payments made through the App are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., apple_iap, revenuecat, purchases_flutter). All payment terms, refund policies, and disputes are subject to the applicable provider’s policies and the app store’s terms. We do not guarantee availability of in-app purchases or subscription prices, and reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or subscription terms in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.

7. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements. Advertisers may collect information about you and your device to serve personalized ads. We do not control the content or practices of advertisers and are not responsible for any loss or harm resulting from advertisements or the products and services they promote.

8. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use analytics and crash reporting tools (for example, firebase_analytics and crashlytics) to improve the App’s performance and user experience. 9. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide an enjoyable and accurate gameplay experience, we do not guarantee that the App’s content, puzzles, level progression, difficulty ratings, hint guidance, or tutorial information is accurate, complete, or error-free. Game mechanics or algorithms may change over time, and puzzle behavior may vary across devices and OS versions.

10. Professional and Medical Advice Disclaimer

The App is a game and is not intended to provide professional, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Any content, messages, tips, or in-game guidance are for entertainment and casual use only. Do not rely on the App for diagnosis, treatment, or any professional decision-making. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or other professional needs.

11. Financial Advice Disclaimer

The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any in-app purchases, rewards, or monetization-related features do not constitute financial advice or recommendations. Consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney for personalized guidance.

12. AI and Automated Content Disclaimer

Sliders Puzzle does not depend on generative AI for core gameplay. If the App introduces AI-powered features (for example, automated hint generation or content suggestions), such features may produce imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. AI-generated content can be biased, inaccurate, or outdated. You should not rely solely on AI output for important decisions. We disclaim all liability for errors or omissions in AI-generated content and make no guarantee regarding its accuracy or suitability.

13. Educational Content Disclaimer

Any educational or learning value derived from playing the App (for example, pattern recognition, vocabulary exposure, or cognitive exercise) is incidental and informal. The App is not a substitute for formal education, professional training, or structured instruction.

14. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (including graphics, game design, trademarks, logos, and code) is owned or licensed by the Developer unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from the Developer.

15. Modifications to the App and Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise this Disclaimer from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when this version took effect; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Disclaimer, your use of the App, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
